Phương Nam Plastic là đơn vị hàng đầu tại Việt Nam chuyên sản xuất và phân phối các dòng IBC Tank 1000L (bồn mới và bồn tái sử dụng chất lượng cao) phục vụ ngành hóa chất, thực phẩm và công nghiệp sản xuất.
Để mở rộng quy mô phát triển, chúng tôi cần tuyển dụng vị trí: Nhân Viên Kinh Doanh (NVKD B2B).
1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
Tìm kiếm, khai thác và chăm sóc các khách hàng doanh nghiệp, nhà máy, xưởng sản xuất có nhu cầu sử dụng IBC Tank 1000L.
Tư vấn sản phẩm, báo giá, đàm phán và tiến hành ký kết hợp đồng mua bán với khách hàng.
Duy trì mối quan hệ tốt đẹp với các khách hàng hiện có và phát triển mạng lưới khách hàng tiềm năng mới.
Phối hợp cùng phòng Marketing và bộ phận kho vận để theo dõi tiến độ đơn hàng và giao hàng cho khách.
2. YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học trở lên (Ưu tiên các ngành Kinh tế, Quản trị kinh doanh, Hóa chất, Vật liệu...).
Có kinh nghiệm từ 6 tháng - 1 năm làm kinh doanh, bán hàng (Đặc biệt ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm mảng B2B, vật tư công nghiệp, bao bì, nhựa...).
Nhanh nhẹn, giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng đàm phán và xử lý tình huống linh hoạt.
Đam mê kinh doanh, chịu được áp lực công việc và có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
3. QUYỀN LỢI ĐƯỢC HƯỞNG:
Thu nhập hấp dẫn: Lương cứng 2.000.000 VNĐ + % Hoa hồng doanh số
Được cung cấp nguồn data khách hàng tiềm năng và hỗ trợ truyền thông từ phòng Marketing.
Đóng BHXH, BHYT, BHTN đầy đủ theo quy định của Luật Lao động.
Môi trường làm việc năng động, đồng nghiệp thân thiện, cơ hội thăng tiến lên Trưởng nhóm/Trưởng phòng Kinh doanh.
Thưởng các ngày lễ, Tết, du lịch hàng năm cùng công ty.
