Để mở rộng quy mô phát triển, chúng tôi cần tuyển dụng vị trí: Nhân Viên SEO (Full-time).
1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
Nguồn lực chính: Nghiên cứu từ khóa, xây dựng và tối ưu nội dung chuẩn SEO cho hệ thống Website, Landing Page giới thiệu dòng sản phẩm IBC Tank 1000L.
Thực hiện các chiến dịch SEO Entity, phủ sóng thông tin thương hiệu Phương Nam Plastic trên các nền tảng Social, Diễn đàn B2B và trang Rao vặt.
Tối ưu Onpage bài viết, theo dõi thứ hạng từ khóa và lượng truy cập (traffic) của các trang sản phẩm.
Phối hợp cùng đội ngũ Marketing và Kinh doanh để thúc đẩy tỷ lệ chuyển đổi đơn hàng.
2. YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:
Nam/Nữ làm việc Full-time tại văn phòng (23 Duy Tân, Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội).
Am hiểu kiến thức cơ bản về bài viết chuẩn SEO, tối ưu Onpage/Offpage và nghiên cứu từ khóa (chưa có nhiều kinh nghiệm sẽ được đào tạo chuyên sâu).
Thành thạo kỹ năng viết lách, diễn đạt logic, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm SEO mảng B2B/Thiết bị công nghiệp.
Có tinh thần trách nhiệm, tỉ mỉ, kiên trì và chủ động trong công việc.
3. CHẾ ĐỘ & QUYỀN LỢI:
Thu nhập: Lương cứng khởi điểm 2.000.000 VNĐ / tháng + Thưởng KPI hoàn thành bài viết/từ khóa + Thưởng doanh số dự án (Tổng thu nhập thực tế từ 5 triệu/tháng tùy theo năng lực).
Được đào tạo nâng cao chuyên môn SEO E-E-A-T, Entity thực chiến từ Chuyên gia SEO.
Đóng BHXH, BHYT đầy đủ theo quy định sau khi lên chính thức.
Cơ hội tăng lương cứng và cất nhắc vị trí Trưởng nhóm SEO khi đạt hiệu quả công việc cao.
